On mushroom islands, if the weirdness noise value reaches below -1.4 (approximately), sulfur caves will generate on the surface forming a big grass patch that spawns sulfur cubes on it & spawns hostile mobs at night. It doesnt spawn any common mobs like sheep or pigs though.
Due to such low weirdness being extremely rare, i have provided some seeds (with coords) for proof.

Ive tested with 1.4 weirdness as well but its normal (idk what i expected)
EDIT: On bedrock it generates stone instead
