Sulfur springs can generate disconnected from sulfur caves

Sulfur springs generate on highest sky-exposed blocks of the world surface, meaning that they can generate over holes and leave gaps between the springs and the caves, exposing the bottom of the springs and cutting off the sulfur vein between the spring and the caves.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Generate a world with the seed 6960126043462021815

  2. Run /tp @s 863 100 263

  3. Observe the two nearby springs

Expected result: The sulfur springs would generate underneath the overhang to connect it properly to the sulfur caves or generate elswehere without such a large gap of air in between.

Actual result: The sulfur springs generate disconnected from the sulfur caves.
