When I load a world it goes back to the menu waits for around 2 minutes then joins. After finally joining the game lags. You can break and place blocks but commands take a long time to work and blocks don't fall on the ground when broken in survival.

How is this supposed to be a duplicate of MC-2545? Especially since this is still happening in 19w04b so it's definitely not fixed!
