Sulfur Cube set to size:1 from a Sulfur cube set to size:0 doesn't absorb blocks

If you kill a Sulfur Cube for it to split into two smaller cubes, then if you use the /data command to modify the size for the Sulfur Cube, it, despite being Size:1 will not absorb objects. It will not move toward the player, it will not go toward dropped blocks that it likes, and you cannot right click it to put in the block.

To reproduce: Just kill a normal Sulfur cube, then use the command “/data modify entity @n[type=minecraft:sulfur_cube] Size set value 1”. You will see that you cannot give it blocks that it normally likes.

Expected Result: You should be able to give it the blocks that it would normally take like if it was spawned naturally, from a bucket or a spawn egg

Actual Result: You cannot give it any blocks and it will not go towards either the player holding the block or an item of a block on the ground. It will still split into 2 small cubes upon death.
