I was fishing and I hooked a lilypad I placed it down and quickly moved my mouse away while placing this created a clone lilypad.

Confirmed... not very consistent on how it happens... one is deffinetly a clone as hitting it doesn't give you back a lilly pad, only the real one does. But its still functional as in you can stand on it. see screen shots
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.2 / Launcher version 1.3.4 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
