The bug
A player can place two lily pads on water while using only one. To reproduce quickly move your mouse away while placing the lily pad.
The second lily pad disappears after reentering the world. It also cannot be collected.

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 13w48b? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
