When placing a lilypad and moving the mouse quickly between 2 blocks, the lilypad is duplicated, physically appearing in 2 places. However, only the first lilypad placed is able to be harvested, and the other does not drop an item.
Environment
Windows 10 Home, Java v8 Update 181/ 1.8.0_51 64 bit
PC: Intel i5-9400F, MSI B360M motherboard, GeForce GTX 1050, 8GB ram (2GB allocated)
