When sprinting over water to place a lily pad to land on, the lily pad will duplicate itself. One of the lily pads will give the item back when broken, the other one won't. To reproduce the glitch: Try sprinting from the shore to the sea with a lily pad in your hand and jump to the water, then place the lily pad in mid-air. The lily pad will duplicate itself.

After many tries in other biomes, iy seems to only work in swamp biomes, and does not work 100% of the time but only about 25% of the time.
I cannot reproduce this issue. can you provide either a short video, or more details as to how you caused this to happen.
