Sulfur cubes with an absorbed block don't inherit any status effects from tipped arrows

The bug

When the player is hitting a sulfur cube with an absorbed block using a tipped arrow, the effect from the tipped arrow isn’t applied to the mob despite this being the case with thrown splash potions.

How to reproduce

1. Summon a sulfur cube.

2. Give it a block.

3. Shoot it with a tipped arrow of any effect.

Expected result

The sulfur cube would have the effect applied from the tipped arrow.

Observed result

The sulfur cube doesn’t have the status effect at all.
