Polished Sulfur is translated as Polished Sulphur Block in other dialects of English as opposed to Polished Sulphur
Steps to Reproduce:
Set the game to English (US) and notice the block is called Polished Sulfur
Set the game to English (CA) or English (UK) and notice the block is erroneously called Polished Sulphur Block

However, this issue is Invalid.
Translation strings added in newly released snapshots are not immediately translated for languages other than "English (US)," due to those translations being done by the community on the Crowdin Minecraft Translation Project, after said snapshots are released. As a result, their translations in “English (US)” are shown instead, until the next snapshot.

This is, at least seemingly, because non-US dialects of English weren't updated in 26.2 Snapshot 3, as also seen with MC-307527 (relates to the Sulfur Spike). With it being changed in English (US) from Polished Sulfur Block it seems as if it wasn’t updated for other dialects.
