Sulfur spike is used instead of sulphur spike in localizations that use the spelling sulphur

The new sulphur spikes were not properly localized in Canadian and UK English, unlike the rest of the sulphur block family.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set your language to English (Canada) or English (United Kingdom)

2. Look up 'Sulfur' in the creative inventory

Expected result: Nothing would appear, due to the different spelling of sulphur

Actual result: Sulfur spike appears on its own
