Chunks do not load correctly when boarding a boat with a pig or rideable animal.

I was inspired by a player to create a monorail using the sulfur cube. While I was testing how far I could go by riding the pig, I noticed this bug where many chunks weren't loading properly, as shown in the video.
The problem can be easily fixed by exiting and re-entering the world or reloading the chunks with F3+A.
