Border around selected resource pack disappears if you press enter

Selecting a resource pack in the menu puts a border around the selected pack. Pressing enter while it’s selected moves the pack to the Available or Selected sections. However, doing so removes the border around the pack but still keeps it selected. This is confirmed because pressing enter multiple times continues to move the same pack back and forth.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the resource packs menu

2. Click a pack to select it (not the arrow)

3. Press enter. It will move to the other section

4. Press enter multiple times

You’ll see the pack move back and forth with no indication of it being selected.
