Change the game's default graphics API in the settings: A red warning appears
Change the fullscreen mode setting: The fact that you need to restart the game is only mentioned in the tooltips
Observed Results:
No red warning for fullscreen mode settings
Expected Results:
Consistency between the fullscreen settings and the backend API regarding the warning that the change will take effect the next time the game is restarted
