Sulfur caves appear much smaller due to their tuff border

Sulfur caves in snapshot 4 appear much smaller and more broken up than in the previous snapshot despite being the same size, due to the fact that most of the blocks on the boundary of the caves were replaced with tuff, rather than extending out from the previous border.

To reproduce (or view)

  1. Open a world in snapshot 3 and look for a sulfur cave there

  2. Take a few screenshots of the caves and save the coordinates of those screenshots

  3. Re-create that world in snapshot 4 to use the same seed

  4. Go to those coordinates you saved and compare with the screenshots from snapshot 3

Expected result: The sulfur caves would be the same size (ie the sulfur/cinnabar and now granite would cover the same area) and the tuff border would extend out from that

Actual result: The tuff border replaces all blocks on the edges of the sulfur caves, making the caves look much smaller and patchier as a result
