The model of placed or destroyed blocks now appears delayed even with the "Blocking" chunk builders

Switching to Semi Blocking or Fully Blocking chunk builder modes doesn’t get around of the time window to update world geometry when placing blocks, when it is used to be like that in 26.1 even with 10 fps limit.
