When placing a block, its hitbox appears before its model

I cannot seem to reproduce this, even when changing my Chunk Builder game setting. Is this behavior exclusive to the cauldron, or can you observe it with all blocks? Also, does changing your Chunk Builder to Fully Blocking fix the issue?

@unknown Same case for me. In addition to what @unknown mentioned, please make sure to disable any data packs/resource packs and if you're game is modified please make sure to disable any mods.

Update: After a few attempts I can indeed confirm. To reproduce, make sure that chunk builder is set to threaded. 

Following additional testing, I have found that this bug only occurs when Chunk Builder is set to Threaded.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
