[MC-307759] Quickly giving sulfur cubes blocks to absorb and removing them while the tick rate is low can cause a desync

When the tick is 5 and you continuously place blocks on a Sulfur Cube and cut the blocks, after a while it will cause the Sulfur Cube to mistakenly be judged as having no blocks. The blocks inside cannot be cut off and can still take damage.
