Steps to Reproduce:

1.Create a World

2.Freeze Game

/tick freeze

3.Summon a Sulfur Cube with a block inside (e.g., TNT)

/summon sulfur_cube ~ ~ ~ {Size:1,equipment:{body:{id:"tnt"}}}

4.Give oneself a Shears

/give @s shears

5.Try to take out the block using shears

6.Unfreeze to observe

/tick unfreeze

Expected behavior: 

Block removed, and texture updates normally

Observed Result: 

The block was actually removed, but the texture did not update normally
