[MC-307800] Sulfur Cubes rarely spawn in Sulfur Caves

sulfur cubes dont spawn anymore. please fix. i tried 5 diffrent worlds as a test and no sulfur cubes spawn at all in their biome. i think its the sulfur spikes preventing them from spawning

they spawn for me, but i used /placebiome in an area

i dont use commands. i am trying to find them normally but none spawn in their biome.
