Mobs can produce "Player teleports" in closed captions if killed holding certain custom items

In case it isn’t obvious, piglins aren’t players.

To reproduce:

• /give @s gold_ingot[minecraft:death_protection={death_effects:[{type:"teleport_randomly"}]}]

• Hand this to a piglin

• Kill the piglin immediately in one hit

Expected result: the caption produced would be “Piglin teleports”.

Actual result: the caption is “Player teleports”, despite no players teleporting.
