In 26.2-snapshot-6, Sand, Red Sand, Gravel, and Blocks of Redstone were removed from the Normal Sulfur Cube archetype, and were not added to another archetype, leaving them unable to be swallowed by a Sulfur Cube at all.
I believe this was a mistake, as it is not mentioned in the changelog at all, and many blocks were removed from the Normal archetype to be moved to other archetypes, though it seems these blocks were forgotten.
Steps to reproduce:
In 26.2-snapshot-5, locate or spawn a Sulfur Cube
Attempt to feed it one of the above blocks
Note that the feeding is successful, and it receives the Normal archetype
Now, in 26.2-snapshot-6 or later, locate or spawn a Sulfur Cube
Attempt to feed it the same block as in snapshot-5
Expected result: The Sulfur Cube accepts the block as it previously did, potentially with a different archetype
Actual result: The Sulfur Cube does not accept the block at all, despite this not being mentioned in the changelog

Here is an idea for what can be done for sand, red sand, gravel, and blocks of redstone for sulfur cubes, some new archetypes Mojang could use:
Powdery: (sand, red sand, gravel)
Wonβt float on water and slowly sinks.
Makes the sulfur cube be much more easily knocked back but also falls faster.
Canβt slide very easily.
Powered (Blocks of redstone)
Powers nearby redstone components like a block of redstone would, such as redstone dust, redstone lamps and TNT.
Otherwise a regular archetype.
