Sulfur cubes touching cacti spam the hurting sound

Pushing a Sulfur cube with a block inside it into a cactus will make it spam it’s hurt sound.

Step to reproduce:
Spawn a Sulfur cube and give it a block (works best with Honeycomb).
Push it against a cactus.

Expected result:
The hurt sound not playing since Sulfur cubes with a block inside of them are immune to it.

Actual result:

The hurt sound is spammed.
