Attempted to send a friend request. Neither of us are able to cancel the requests or send new ones. Debug log gives the error "Friends service forbidden (403) — user may lack an active profile” for both of us. We’ve both allowed all the Xbox permissions and have turned them off and on multiple times.

Happening to me, aswell. Really frustrating. Tried Allowing Requests, Tried privacy settings on Xbox. Nothing. Really frustrating and disappointing
