Text in the friends list warning screen can extend outside the window when reducing the resolution

If your game window is maximized and you view the Friends List screen in Options > Online > Friends List and then make the window smaller, the text cuts off on the sides.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Maximize the game window

2. Open Options > Online > Friends List (ensure Friends List is off)

3. Click Friends List to open the Friends List toggle screen

4. Make the window smaller

You will see the text on the get cut off on the left and right.

I noticed the text display/wrapping is different depending on if you open the screen when the window is smaller vs maximized, so perhaps the former could be a good way to display it for both?
