Player suddenly appeared on Friend List without allowing it and I can't remove it.

Hello, what im about to describe is perhaps a strange bug and maybe it is hard to replicate.

I’ve recently opened the Snapshot 7 when I saw this person (the profile marked with red on the image and the video) that is from my Xbox Friend List on my Friend List.
The problem here is that I did not allowed him nor it even appeared on the Request tab or did pop out any notification, it just got there very suddenly without me knowing it.

Now, I’ve tried to remove it but it pop up to me the “Fail to perform this friend action“ message, letting me known that the player may have not played the snapshot and turned on the Friend List and the Allow Request option, I even remove him from the Xbox Friend List but still didn’t had any affect, even if I restarted the game several times.

Therefore, im completely unable to delete this friend from my friend list even if I would want to, and since I don’t have contact with that player in particular I won’t be able to remove them.
