You can jump directly onto blocks that are lower than 1m from the water, which you of course can’t do on land. These blocks include
grindstone, chest, trapped chest, copper chest, sculk shrieker, enchanting table, end portal, snow (even if it’s 8 layers), etc.
Steps to reproduce:
Build an arrangement with blocks lower than 1m like shown in the video. You can make some blocks floating on the water to avoid the disturbance of the small gap.
Try to jump onto them from the water.
Expected Result:
Cannot jump onto them.
Actual Result:
Successfully jumped onto them.

I don’t quite understand what you mean by “jump directly onto blocks that are lower than 1m from the water, which you of course can’t do on land.” Could you please attach a video demonstrating the difference when trying to jump onto blocks from land versus from water?

The video shows that you are perfectly capable of jumping on the blocks from land. Could you clarify what “you of course can’t do on land”?

That’s incorrect, you can do that on land. If you can’t, please attach a video showing the difference between jumping onto the mentioned blocks from land and from water, as the video you attached does not demonstrate this.
