Cannot see own chat messages when chat is restricted to friends only by Xbox options

This is a known issue as per the 26.2 Snapshot 7 changelog.

When the chat is restricted to only show friends' messages, the player cannot see their own chat messages.

How to reproduce:

1. At https://aka.ms/MinecraftJavaXboxPrivacyAndSafety, change the “Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites” option to “Friends” and click Submit at the bottom.

2. Wait a while to make sure the option is properly saved on the account.

3. Launch the game and open any world.

4. Open the chat and send a message.
   -> ❌ You cannot see the message.

Expected result:

The player would be able to see their own chat messages even when the chat is configured to only show messages from friends (but not when chat is blocked).

Observed result:

The player cannot see their own chat messages when the chat is configured to only show messages from friends.
