[MC-308153] Angry enderman move while the game is paused

If you anger an enderman, then pause the game (in singleplayer, pressing esc) while it is still visible on screen, it will jitter around while the game is still paused

Environment

Macbook Air M5, Tahoe (Probably doesn't matter)
