The Bounce Music Disc does not generate at all in Minecart Chests in the Sulfur Caves, when the Villager Trade Rebalance Experiment is on.
How to reproduce:
1. Create a world with seed 2
2. Teleport to the coordinates: -320 13 204
3. Open up the minecart chest, you will see two music discs inside
4. Create another world with seed 2, with the Villager Trade Rebalance Experiment on
5. Repeat steps 2-3, you will see that the minecart chest does not contain the music disc.

Can confirm, with the villager experimental the game loads a replacement loot table for minecraft:chests/abandoned_mineshaft used by the chest minecarts, to raise the amount of enchanted books with efficiency
This replacement loot table however wasn’t updated to have the bounce disc as well
This should easily be fixed by adding the disc to the appropriate loot table pool the same way it was added to the normal loot table
