In Bedrock Edition 26.20, closed captions are released in Bedrock Edition. At the same time, additional options are introduced that can customize closed captions but some of these('Hide your sounds', ‘Hide weather and ambient sounds' and 'Location of closed captions’) aren’t in Java Edition, making parity issue.
‘Closed caption duration’ is already controlled by ‘Notification Time’ option in Java Edition.
