The "My profile name: " string in the friends menu is placed to the left of the username even in right-to-left languages

When using any RTL languages (such as Jawi Malay), the “My profile name: “ text in the Friends List menu is still placed to the left of the username instead of to the right of it, as seen in the attachment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the language settings and pick the “بهاس ملايو (مليسيا)” option located at the bottom of the list.

2. Open the Friends List.

3. Observe the text above the list that contains your IGN.
