Primed TNT entities with end portals' or end gateways' models do not flash

Discovered while testing MC-308379.

Run the following two commands:

/summon minecraft:tnt ~ ~ ~ {block_state:{Name:"minecraft:black_wool"}}
/summon minecraft:tnt ~ ~ ~ {block_state:{Name:"minecraft:end_portal"}}

The first creates an entity that looks like black wool, which flashes like normal TNT before exploding. The second creates an entity that looks like an end portal block, which also explodes, but does not flash. This is unexpected and incorrect - it should flash like other blocks do.
