Minecraft Java Edition crashes seconds after clicking Play, returning exit code 6. The crash occurs consistently after restarting the Minecraft Launcher multiple times and updating my device to the lastest version. The fatal error originates outside the JVM in native macOS code.
Environment
Device: Mac16,12 (Apple Silicon, arm64) macOS version: 15.6.1 (Darwin 24.6.0) RAM: 16 GB (4 GB allocated to JVM) CPU cores: 10 Java version: OpenJDK 25.0.1+8-LTS (Microsoft build, 64-bit, ZGC, bsd-aarch64) Launcher version: 3.32.9
