The Minecraft Launcher cannot verify my account or connect to Minecraft services. At the top of the launcher, it shows this error:
“We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection.”
At the bottom of the launcher, it also shows:
“Oh no! Something went wrong and we couldn’t connect to the Minecraft services. Please connect to the internet to refresh your offline access. Try again.”
Even though my internet is working normally, the launcher only allows “Play Offline” and refuses to authenticate my account.
This makes it impossible to launch Minecraft: Java Edition or access online features.
