Zombie Horses spawn in flat world on Peaceful mode
What I expect? Zombie horses should NOT spawn in at night on peaceful mode on a flat world.
Steps to replicate: Start a singleplayer or multiplayer world in the latest snapshot or pre-release, set it to night, and watch the green horses trotting around! Can’t remove 'em.
