Enchanting table falling block entities have no book

The book is suspiciously absent on falling_block entities if their ID is set to be the enchanting table. Note how this is not the case for other entities.

To reproduce: /summon falling_block ~ ~2 ~ {BlockState:{Name:"minecraft:enchanting_table"},Time:1b}

For comparison: /summon minecraft:tnt ~ ~ ~ {block_state:{Name:"minecraft:enchanting_table"}}

Expected result: both commands would display an enchanting table with a book.

Actual result: only the latter displays the book.
