Previously, to enable commands in a world where they are disabled by default, you either had to open the world to LAN and allow the commands, or enable commands through the NBT editor so that commands could be used after reloading the world. But in the latest Pre-Release, everything has become even simpler: now, to enable commands in a world in which they are disabled by default, you can simply go to «World Options» and then switch «Allow Commands» to «ON» and you won't get a warning by type «Are you sure you want to allow commands in this world?» And even in hardcore, you don't get any warnings. It clearly shouldn't be that way.
