Only the "Difficulty: Hard" and "🔒" buttons, among all in World Options, is missing its tooltip, while the other buttons got one as of 26.2 Pre-Release 5.
Steps to reproduce
Create a hardcore world.
Esc → Options… → World Options…
Hover over the four grayed out buttons.
Expected result
There should be a "Cannot change difficulty in a hardcore world." or "Difficulty is locked in a hardcore world." tooltip on hover. Maybe, there could also be two tooltips, one for each button: "Cannot change difficulty in a hardcore world." and "Cannot unlock difficulty once it has been locked."
