Maximum Optimization and Maximum Compatibility for all devices for the 26.2

I want there be maximum compatibility in all devices like in my Intel Celeron 2950M Intel UHD Graphics capable of running Minecraft 26.2 perfectly fine after optimization and fine-tuning as well as the standards of OpenGL still stays relatively low very low like OpenGL 3.1 like add both Vulkan 1.1 or lower and even greater support and fully utilization of Vulkan 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 instead of Vulkan 1.3 or higher only and also able to perfectly fine play minecraft 26.2 in Intel HD 2500 iGPU(after optimization and achieving average of approximately 20 FPS 0.1% Lows only in both CPUs mentioned) and also capable of running perfectly fine deeply efficiently optimized like i wish the 16x16x16 chunk rendering is still being fully 100% utilized as an efficient optimization method while ensuring maximum compatibility, i do not mean absolute perfection and absolute maximum, only practically and according to the majority but i wish there is stuff like this! And also the FPS frame rates i gathered is this in my Intel Celeron 5205U and Intel UHD 620 in Linux Mint XFCE 22.3 Zena in XanMod Kernel 7.0.11-x64v2: 115 FPS average(51 to 120 FPS) in cave and 64 FPS in the surface in 16 chunks rendering distance in lowest minimal graphics settings possible in 26.2-pre-8 in my 87+ survival world and 20 to 55 FPS average(-10 FPS lower in OpenGL) in maximum graphics settings possible in Vulkan Rendering API because my vulkan is 1.3.275 / 1.4.348(minecraft detected)

I hope you Mojang could possibly ever take this great idea! I hope people would be happy after this implementation! Or it's just all a concept.. And btw additional info(did not try OpenGL for the 16 chunks render distance in 26.2-pre-6 in my Intel Celeron 5205U and Intel UHD 620 but maybe it'll be the same i think) and what in the monstrosity of the optimization methods i did lmao atleast not in diminishing returns yet! And wait btw still is there a fallback option when OpenGL 3.2 was like unstable for example in 26.2 can it be fallback to like OpenGL 3.1, instead of OpenGL 4.1 minimum requirements, can it be like still in OpenAL 3.3.0 or lower.. why not make it even lower like OpenGL 3.2.. because my game literally detects in windows in Minecraft Java 26.1.2 that it's stuck at OpenGL 3.3.0.... not sure about that in 26.2. when now the requirements changed from OpenGL 3.3.0 to OpenGL 4.1... i hope you may still able to support OpenGL 3.3.0 to lower mojang and also i which is also also a feature like a Low End Device Mode button where the user can enjoy in their modest hardware in the least graphical settings possible without literally downloading Sodium(dang it requires OpenGL 4.5 or higher or something like that luckily i have OpenGL 4.6 instead), Lithium, Sodium Extra and Sodium Extra Information to just disable fog, increase the render ahead from default 3 to 9(this is kinda helpful ngl tbh btw) and absolutely no FOV, POV and weather effects..

And only deprecate this idea when Minecraft Reached Version 40.x or something like that, not sure of this all idea is possible to i hope to see the day of this and live with it! Or nahh this is hypothetically and theoretically impossible, but at least it is still possible to achieve. Because not only well-optimized low-spec mode would not only retain existing players with older computers but also open the game up to an even larger audience worldwide who might not have the latest hardware.

My huge apoligies for my inconsistent clarity when upon writing this description.

Environment

Intel Celeron 5205U, HP ProBook mt22 Laptop, Linux Mint XFCE 22.3 Zena, XanMod Kernel 7.0.11-x64v2, 8GB(2x4GB) DDR4-2400, Intel UHD 620, 128GB M.2 SATA-3 SSD

This is just all the suggestion btw..

And not sure if Vibrant Visuals is included in this efficient optimization plan when this stuff we encounter like low end limitations of internal hardware just to play Minecraft and test the performance by benchmarking/evaluate it happens
