【Summary】
Bamboo naturally generates to 17 blocks in height in Java Edition (Cannot consistently reproduce with same seed)
【Description】
1.Issue Summary
I encountered a naturally generated bamboo plant with a height of 17 blocks in a Bamboo Jungle biome. This exceeds the standard maximum height of 16 blocks. However, when I attempted to reproduce this issue by creating a new world with the exact same seed , the bamboo did not generate at the same height/location, or the specific chunk generation differed. This appears to be a rare generation anomaly.
2.Observed Behavior
In the original world, a single bamboo stalk was found standing 17 blocks tall.
The bamboo was fully natural (no bone meal used, no player interaction).
Upon reloading the world or generating a new world with the same seed [-4256459782399495850], the 17-block bamboo was not present at the expected coordinates, suggesting a non-deterministic or one-time generation glitch.
3. Reproduction Attempts
Attempt 1 (Original Discovery): Loaded the world with seed [-4256459782399495850]. Found 17-block bamboo at coordinates X: [248.009], Y: [118.81942], Z: [446.376]. (See attached screenshots).
Attempt 2 (Reproduction Test): Created a new Creative/Survival world using the same seed[-4256459782399495850] and the same Minecraft version. Teleported to the same coordinates . The bamboo was either missing , shorter than 17 blocks , or the terrain generation was slightly different.
Conclusion : The bug is not consistently reproducible by simple seed reuse, but the initial occurrence was captured with verifiable evidence.
4. Expected Behavior
Natural bamboo generation should strictly cap at 16 blocks. A 17-block stalk should not exist under any normal generation parameters.

I can reproduce this vulnerability, but I haven't been able to replicate it by directly using /tp @s 249 118 446 no matter how many times I tried. However, if I load at /tp @s 149 118 446, the success rate of reproducing it is very high
