[MC-308870] No animated blocks texture.

I dont have animated blocks like command blocks campfires lanterns and sea plants can you fix it in 26.2.1 ?

Environment

Playing on windows im russian and i have a big problem i dont have animated blocks texture! Is it for me or everyone else?
