Short description
When opening the debug screen (F3) and then opening the game menu (Esc), the F3 debug overlay is rendered above the pause menu.
The pause menu should be displayed on top of the debug screen, or the debug screen should be hidden while the menu is open.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Minecraft Java Edition.
Join a world.
Press F3 to open the debug screen.
Press Esc to open the pause menu.
Observe that the debug screen is displayed above the menu.
Expected Result
The pause menu appears above the debug screen.
Actual Result
The debug screen appears above the pause menu.
