Short description of the issue: When the game switches from windowed mode to fullscreen mode, instead of maintaining a similar FPS (since it only removes the system and window bars), the game's FPS drops by half in Vulkan. I only discovered this because of Mangohud, since the FPS also drops in F3 mode!
Steps to reproduce the issue: With Vulkan enabled, go to the video settings and enable fullscreen.
Expected result: The frame rate should remain within a very similar range, since instead of "1080" the windowed resolution is "1022" only in the vertical part!
Actual result: The frame rate drops by half.
Environment
Linux 7.0.12-1-cachyos, i7-7700, rx 7600 gaming oc 8gb gigabyte, 20gb ram ddr4 2400mhz, hard disk 1tb

Yes, I just created a world and the same thing happens; the best way I found to show this difference was by looking at the sky! I tested it by pressing F11; in windowed mode (with borders), the game averages around 400 fps, but in full-screen mode, it averages about 200 fps, with sporadic spikes and drops... At first, I thought it was due to the environment variables I had injected, but after watching videos of people testing Vulkan, I realized they are experiencing the same bottleneck I am in the base game...
