[MC-309027] The success message of /teleport with coordinates specified reports that it affected 0 entities

Running /tp @s ~ ~ ~ reports 0 entities even though the player is clearly teleported

Update: also seems to happen with /tp @e ~ ~ ~, /tp @n ~ ~ ~, or any teleport command to a coordinate.

Title is misleading, this happens for any amount of entities, not just one.
This happens for every entity,
This only seems to happen for the commands /tp and /teleport
This issue happens for every tag (@e, @a, @n, @p, @r, and @s)
