[MC-309264] /execute at <uuid> run tp <uuid> <xyz> returns "Teleported 0 entities to <xyz>"

Running /execute at <uuid> run tp <uuid> <xyz> returns "Teleported 0 entities to <xyz>" instead of “Teleported <mob> to <xyz>”.
