Cobwebs are not destroyed by water

Cobwebs can’t be broken with water in the newest Minecraft snapshot.
If you are stuck inside a cobweb and try to place water on top of it to break the cobweb, it normally gets broken by the water. But in this snapshot the water just gets completely ignored by the cobweb and it doesn’t break.
