[MC-309289] Picking up sulfur cubes in buckets does not preserve their status effects

When you put a block inside a sulfur cube, then place a potion effect on it, then pick it up with a bucket, then place that bucket, it no longer has the potion effects.

Environment

I dont think this affects it but these are my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 7730 U with intigrated graphics, 64 gb ddr4 ram, 2tb ssd

Hey, I’m pretty sure this bug was fixed! If its possible to update the changelog I would do that because that was a change. Not sure what fixed in but I tested it and I think its fixed. :)

I just tested it in 26.3 and 26.4 Snapshot 2, and I can confirm it still hasn’t been fixed and is reproducible exactly as the attached video showed with the invisibility splash potion.
