How to reproduce: Find a minecart chest generating in a mineshaft outside the sulfur caves biome, push it into a sulfur caves biome before opening it. May require a few tries.
Observed result: Bounce music disc generates in the chest.
Intended result: Bounce music disc should not generate in the chest since the chest did not originate from the sulfur cave and it is illogical for a disc to suddenly ‘enter’ the chest when pushed.

This is because the loot table is only checked if the minecart with chest was opened in that biome at the moment, rather than the biome it was generated in.
