Entities flicker when scrolling in the Creative mode inventory

When scrolling through the Creative mode inventory, the glow item frame item icon flickers or flashes briefly. This occurs consistently while the inventory is being scrolled, and the flickering stops when scrolling stops.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft 26.3 Snapshot 2.

2. Open the Creative mode inventory.

3. Scroll through the item list using the mouse wheel or scroll bar.

4. Observe the glow item frame icon while scrolling.

Expected result:
The glow item frame icon should remain stable and not flicker while scrolling.

Actual result:
The glow item frame icon flickers or flashes briefly during scrolling.

Environment:OS: Windows 11 家庭中文版 (Version 22H2, Build 22621.4317) Device: ASUS Zenbook UX3404VA CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H (20 cores) RAM: 16 GB GPU: Intel Iris Xe Graphics GPU Driver Version: 32.0.101.7084 OpenGL: 3.3.0 Display Resolution: 2880×1694 Minecraft Version: 26.3 Snapshot 2 Java Version:25.01

I also tested this in a completely clean profile (no mods, no resource packs) and the issue still occurs.
